On July 8, E-40 (nee’ Earl Stevens), the platinum selling hip-hop artist, songwriter, actor producer, and wine lover, made an appearance at the Natomas Walmart in Sacramento to sign bottles of his newly-released premixed cocktail Sluricane Hurricane consisting of rum sweetened by fruit juice, syrups, or grenadine with 18% alcohol by volume.
