A Group Of Misfits Calling Themselves IFPI (@IFPI_org) Are Flagging Content On My YouTube Channel

Today, I received an e-mail from YouTube's Support Team telling me that they had yanked one of my videos because of a copyright claim from IFPI And I would appreciate it if would IFPI would retract their copyright claim because IFPI are a third-party source who are not owners of the questionable content. IFPI (the company doing the flagging) have no connection at all to Kendrick Lamar. The person that actually MADE the music. I'm a music promoter so I me promoting Kendrick Lamar's music falls under "fair use." In some situations, you may make limited use of another's copyrighted work without asking permission or infringing on the original copyright. "Under the "fair use" rule of copyright law, an author may make limited use of another author's work without asking permission. Fair use is based on the belief that the public is entitled to freely use portions of copyrighted materials for purposes of commentary and criticism. A commercial motive doesn't always disqualify someone from claiming a fair use. A use that benefits the public can qualify as a fair use, even if it makes money for the user. For example, in its advertising a vacuum cleaner manufacturer was permitted to quote from a Consumer Reports article comparing vacuum cleaners. Why? The ad significantly increased the number of people exposed to the Consumers Reports' evaluations and thereby disseminated helpful consumer information. The same rationale probably applies to the widespread practice of quoting from favorable reviews in advertisements for books, films, and plays." Back in 1996, former manager turned entrepreneur Chauncy Banks started a Mom and Pop music store on North Texas Street, one of Fairfield's the busiest intersections. He named the store The Fonky Chicken and then later renamed it Chauncy's. He had already worked with artists like E-40, Mike Mosley, Selfish, and The Funky Axtecs before running his own shop. I worked alongside Chauncy Banks and E-40's longtime road manager R.J. Alexander at the one-stop selling CD's and forging close relationships with artists and customers. But that was 20 years ago and I'm still having to prove himself. Why the unessary resistance? It's not like I don't understand the music business. Back in 2007, I recorded an entire album with one of 2Pac's closest friends and collaborators Mike Mosley (All Eyez On Me, In A Major Way, Hall Of Game, Til' My Casket Drops, Explosive Mode) called Turf Monstaz and a remix that I recorded back in 2006 was added as a new song on the reissue of Mac Dre's 2001 CD, Mac Dre's the Name, contributed to and generated traffic to several sites (Siccness.net, Thizzler On The Roof, In Ya Ear Hip Hop, Bay Area Compass, Westcoast Aftershock, Lunch 'N Leftovers, and most recently Mobb Report Radio's official website. Upon earning the title while completing his Bachelors of Arts degree at Columbia College in Chicago, Vinnie DeWayne hit the ground running in the studio this fall to bring fans the long awaited project. Named the second-most highly anticipated Portland album by Willamette Week Magazine, St. John’s Scholar is sure to impress fans with a deep and personal reflection on life in St. John’s area of Portland. Although few may be familiar with the neighborhood outside of Portland, DeWayne paints a lyrical picture of what life is like in St. John’s while relating it to a greater universal struggle through a deep, personal narrative. The essence of St. John’s is captured through the coming together of soulful beats, vivid storytelling, and the insight of the young scholar. Once again, Vinnie DeWayne establishes himself as the leading figure in Portland Hip-Hop. With spins on Eminem's SHADE 45, over 100,00 Youtube views before #TSJ dropped, recognition from Rap Radar, Vibe Magazine, and more - Vinnie Dewayne is quickly becoming a young legend in the NW and beyond. Vivid lyrical ability matched with a familiar yet unique tone, it only takes one listen to understand what all the talk is about. From relationship songs "No Where," to the town anthem "Easy," all the way to the gut-wrench family tale "Envy," Dewayne paints the picture as clear as possible. What Are The Chances (Film Trailer Starring Mike Epps, rapper E40, Brian Hooks, Elise Neal, and Lue

What Are the Chances: Hilarious comedy adventure, where a young man is running out of time to re-pay a notorious hillbilly biker gang? An exciting film filled with adventure, comedy and suspense. Featuring: Mike Epps, rapper E40, Brian Hooks, Elise Neal, and Luenell. Icy, (Brian Hooks) a small time drug dealer, and Dre (E-40) who’s retired from the game and is now a family man, have known each other for most of their lives. They are more like brothers than best friends. Following an annual tradition, Icy persuades Dre to attend Black Ski Weekend this year. Icy decides to drive his new truck that was purchased with money he owes to a drug dealer. On the way to Black Ski Weekend, Dre convinces Icy to take a short cut so they can get there faster. Icy who is addicted to ganja, smokes a blunt while Dre naps. With Icy high, and Dre asleep, they miss their designated exit. The bumping of a flat tire wakens Dre to realize that Icy has driven them into a pitch black forest. Unsuccessfully they attempt to fix the flat tire and are forced to walk through a wooded area hoping to find help. During their long frustrating walk they notice a porch light shining from a house hidden between acres of tall trees. They have no choice but to climb a tall fence to get to the house. Unknowingly, Icy drops his wallet from his back pocket as they climb the fence and walks towards the house. Tired and exhausted Dre knocks on the front door. The door slightly opens by itself and they enter the house. While searching for a person inside, Icy and Dre notice marijuana plants in the backyard. Icy and Dre run to the backyard and discover a MILLION DOLLAR marijuana farm that’s operated by an old ruthless hillbilly. Thinking they’ve hit the jack pot, they stuff their garbage bags with marijuana then head back to the city of Oakland, not knowing that the old ruthless hillbilly has put a $100,000 contract on their heads.

Mac Minister's First Interview In Over 7 Years Ever Since Being Put Behind Bars

“I am the son of the Mac God, the street Messiah, the first and the last ...there was none before me and after me, they’ll be no more. I am the last of the Mohicians. The last real motherfucker breathin'. ” -Mac Minister In 2005, Fillmoe rapper Andre Dow a.k.a. Mac Minister (who has worked with Too Short, Richie Rich, E-40, The Game, Mac Dre, Ras Kass, Scipio, Donna Karin, 40 Glocc, Yukmouth, Snoop Dogg, B-Legit, and Mac Mall) along with his friend Jason “Corleone” Mathis was found guilty for the killings of KC rappers Anthony "Fat-Tone" Watkins and Jermaine "Cowboy" Akins in Las Vegas, Nevada (allegedly reprisal for the shooting of Bay Area rapper and initial founder of Thizz Entertainment Mac Dre in 2004). In this exclusive over-the-phone interview, the now incarcerated Mac Minister revealed several revelations about his double homicide case including his own (former) lawyer testifying in court against him, a racist judge letting the attorney testify against Andre Dow violating Attorney–client privilege, Las Vegas prosecutors rail roading Andre Dow even though no evidence was found placing Mac Minister at the scene of the crime or eye witnesses willing to step foward to testify against Mac Minister.

Siccness.Net's Exclusive Interview With Mac Minister

In A Explosive One-Hour Long Interview With Hip-Hop Website Siccness.Net Mac Minister Berates and Name Checks Several Rappers and Reveals What Really Happened At The The Source Hip-Hop Music Awards San Francisco rap promoter Mac Minister (née Andre Dow) retells his encounters with San Francisco Bay Area rappers, the most notable being the 2000 altercation during 2000 The Source Hip-Hop Music Awards involving E-40. This is what Mac Minister had to say about scuffle he had with E-40 at the 2000 The Source Hip-Hop Music Awards: “I used to really like E-40 but this is what he did. I was jumped at the Source Awards by E-40 and them. They was jealous because I was in the front of the Source Awards and Snoop had the number one album of the year, The Last Meal. And I was on the Eastsidaz album and I was on Doggy’s Angels. And I was on the Bad Azz album Personal Business. I’m at the Source Awards with Cash Money, and I’m at the front.” The controversial interview ended with Mac Minister berating and name checking other rappers in a exceedingly long drawn out waggish rant: "I don't care how much money he got. Money don't make you a boss! A boss is a motherfucker who makes descisions and recognizes certain shit in the streets. That's a boss. When a nigga can show up city to city, state to state, and you don't have to have 500 niggas with you to feel comfortable and to accepted. A boss is a nigga in the street. Mac Shawn is a fuckin' rat. That's E-40 cousin. That nigga's a snitch. He even said some shit about me! I'm disaapointed in Snoop. Snoop gave this nigga a motherfuckin' major platform. I'm lookin' at BET, I'm like, 'I can't get a motherfuckin' dime from you nigga! A blue nickel, or a screaming quarter. I've taken more hits than Mike Vick and I'm still scramblin'. I'm surrounded by a bunch of bitch ass niggas. I'm surrounded by suckers. It would take a particular real nigga to fuck with me. You can't be a sucker and love me. You can't be a buster and fuck with me. Hooooooow!? (How?!) Ain't nann nigga from Vallejo did a motherfuckin' thing for me. Only nigga to send me anything was B-Legit and I respect B-Legit! The only nigga from Vallejo who did anything for me. Put some money on my books was B-Legit. B-Legit is a certified real nigga. Alot of these bitch ass niggas they deserve a sermon!Especially these fake ass niggas who been actin' like they been doin' somethin' for me. Especially niggas like J-Diggs and niggas of that caliber. Nigga, don't be doin' that! Don't make movies... BET...lil' American Gangster... Nigga, I ain't done! You bitch ass nigga! Nigga, I got an appeal process! I'm coming home, nigga! But I'm patiently waiting because I'm a real nigga! You violating the motherfuckin' code. Bitch ass nigga, you sittin' up there speakin' on shit! I haven't exhausted all my appeals! Shut your bitch ass up, nigga! You ain't contribute nothing! You ain't throw a Chinese yen, a Mexican peso, ain't sent a bitch to say "hello." A motherfuckin' ain't doin' nothing, man! But try to live off a motherfucker's pain and suffering."
