A Group Of Misfits Calling Themselves IFPI (@IFPI_org) Are Flagging Content On My YouTube Channel

Today, I received an e-mail from YouTube's Support Team telling me that they had yanked one of my videos because of a copyright claim from IFPI And I would appreciate it if would IFPI would retract their copyright claim because IFPI are a third-party source who are not owners of the questionable content. IFPI (the company doing the flagging) have no connection at all to Kendrick Lamar. The person that actually MADE the music. I'm a music promoter so I me promoting Kendrick Lamar's music falls under "fair use." In some situations, you may make limited use of another's copyrighted work without asking permission or infringing on the original copyright. "Under the "fair use" rule of copyright law, an author may make limited use of another author's work without asking permission. Fair use is based on the belief that the public is entitled to freely use portions of copyrighted materials for purposes of commentary and criticism. A commercial motive doesn't always disqualify someone from claiming a fair use. A use that benefits the public can qualify as a fair use, even if it makes money for the user. For example, in its advertising a vacuum cleaner manufacturer was permitted to quote from a Consumer Reports article comparing vacuum cleaners. Why? The ad significantly increased the number of people exposed to the Consumers Reports' evaluations and thereby disseminated helpful consumer information. He laid down a verse on one of T.I.'s singles and also recorded an unreleased alongside Rick Ross. He also started his own independent and label released a hot single last year entitled "I'm From The Bay" featuring Mac Dre collaborator PSD Tha Drivah and Ageezy which generated a large buzz. DJ Hardnox - The Come Up Mix Show (All About Music 108.9)

Every Wednesday and Saturday at 12 p.m. - 3p.m. (PST) or 2p.m. - 5p.m. (EST) turntablist/producer DJ Hardnox of the 108.9 All About Music DJ mixing team does a live mix show and plays an assortment of underground hip hop acts. DJ Hardnox is the only Cali resident at 108.9 and after working at the station for several years he is now a VP. He has also provided a platform for little-known artists to get some shine. The entire show is "live in realtime, no covering up fuck ups or no pitch control button". He mixes with vinyl and uses auditory/visual/touch cues to create blends. Recording artist Mason Gilbert Jr. (better known by his rap moniker Young Ziggy) was born and raised in Richmond, California. During a rare interview with Coop DVill (Siccness.net), Kurt Diggler accused DB Tha General sneak dissed him in one of his previous songs.In 2013, Philthy Rich was included on and then dropped from Kafani’s hit song "Slide Thru" featuring Rayven Justice which had received considerable radio airplay. They are more like brothers than best friends. Following an annual tradition, Icy persuades Dre to attend Black Ski Weekend this year. Icy decides to drive his new truck that was purchased with money he owes to a drug dealer. On the way to Black Ski Weekend, Dre convinces Icy to take a short cut so they can get there faster. Icy who is addicted to ganja, smokes a blunt while Dre naps. With Icy high, and Dre asleep, they miss their designated exit. The bumping of a flat tire wakens Dre to realize that Icy has driven them into a pitch black forest. Unsuccessfully they attempt to fix the flat tire and are forced to walk through a wooded area hoping to find help. During their long frustrating walk they notice a porch light shining from a house hidden between acres of tall trees. They have no choice but to climb a tall fence to get to the house. Unknowingly, Icy drops his wallet from his back pocket as they climb the fence and walks towards the house. Tired and exhausted Dre knocks on the front door. The door slightly opens by itself and they enter the house. While searching for a person inside, Icy and Dre notice marijuana plants in the backyard. Icy and Dre run to the backyard and discover a MILLION DOLLAR marijuana farm that’s operated by an old ruthless hillbilly. Thinking they’ve hit the jack pot, they stuff their garbage bags with marijuana then head back to the city of Oakland, not knowing that the old ruthless hillbilly has put a $100,000 contract on their heads.
