A Group Of Misfits Calling Themselves IFPI (@IFPI_org) Are Flagging Content On My YouTube Channel

Today, I received an e-mail from YouTube's Support Team telling me that they had yanked one of my videos because of a copyright claim from IFPI And I would appreciate it if would IFPI would retract their copyright claim because IFPI are a third-party source who are not owners of the questionable content. IFPI (the company doing the flagging) have no connection at all to Kendrick Lamar. The person that actually MADE the music. I'm a music promoter so I me promoting Kendrick Lamar's music falls under "fair use." In some situations, you may make limited use of another's copyrighted work without asking permission or infringing on the original copyright. "Under the "fair use" rule of copyright law, an author may make limited use of another author's work without asking permission. Fair use is based on the belief that the public is entitled to freely use portions of copyrighted materials for purposes of commentary and criticism. A commercial motive doesn't always disqualify someone from claiming a fair use. A use that benefits the public can qualify as a fair use, even if it makes money for the user. For example, in its advertising a vacuum cleaner manufacturer was permitted to quote from a Consumer Reports article comparing vacuum cleaners. Why? The ad significantly increased the number of people exposed to the Consumers Reports' evaluations and thereby disseminated helpful consumer information. Recording artist Mason Gilbert Jr. (better known by his rap moniker Young Ziggy) was born and raised in Richmond, California. In his early teens, he discovered 2Pac, Scarface, Lil’ Wayne, and The Hot Boys and began writing his own rhynes. At age 16, Young Ziggy started up a group called Young Dunny’z in 2004-2005 with San Fran beatsmith Big Time Simon handling the production but ended up going their separate ways due to creative differences and silently broke up. As a solo act, Young Ziggy appeared on several Eddi Projex/Pay Roll Family projects including Eddie Projex's 2011 solo album Hittaz Wit Attitude. On September 25, 2013, he released a diss track entitled "Swear to God" featuring Kurt Diggler and set off a firestorm on social media due to taking shots at Bay Area rappers Kafani, Messy Marv (on September 08, 2013 footage of Messy Marv getting robbed at gunpoint surfaced on World Star Hip-Hop) and DB Tha General. During a rare interview with Coop DVill (Siccness.net), Kurt Diggler accused DB Tha General sneak dissed him in one of his previous songs.In 2013, Philthy Rich was included on and then dropped from Kafani’s hit song "Slide Thru" featuring Rayven Justice which had received considerable radio airplay.
