Higher Learning is a urban comedy film that tells the story of pot smoker, chick magnet, and aspiring rapper Jon Dough who wants to make his big break but is a bit of a slacker and part of a close-knit group of slacker friends that hang out together and get high. He's also in a dysfunctional relationship with insanely clingy jealous girlfriend who suspects that her boyfriend is cheating on her. Jon Dough has talent but his current problems and the people allows into his live distract him from his goals.
