Lavish D's Ungoing Beef With Philthy Rich and Mozzy Continues Even While He's Still Incarcerated

Two years ago (Sep 25, 2013), Philthy Rich and Kurt Diggler released a diss track called “Swear To God” (Philthy Rich's official music video for “Swear To God” https://youtu.be/KBPkqXvjubs) poking fun at Kafani, DB The General, Messy Marv (who was recently the victim of a brutal beating and robbery in Reno), and Lavish D. The Song was produced by Hitman Beatz and soon after the song’s release Kafani, DB The General, Messy Marv, and Lavish D retaliated back with their own diss songs (Philthy You A Verse Lick [Kafani], Philthy Bitch [Kafani], Luke 6:13 [DB The General], and Lyrical Ether [Lavish D])
On September 28, Kafani was shot 5 times in East Oakland while trying to shoot a diss track music video for “Philthy You A Verse Lick.” He was permanently paralyzed from the chest down after being shot in the neck, the chest, his shoulder, and his legs.

In a over the phone interview with Siccness.Net, Messy Marv suggested Philthy Rich ALLEGEDLY had rap rival Kafani shot up in East Oakland over their recent rap beef which had since died down. Messy Marv then went in on Mistah Fab callinh him a "b---h ass n---a" because a couple of weeks ago Messy Marv and Mistah Fab had a war of words on Twitter. Mistah Fab [fed up with being with being terrorized on Twitter by MessyMarv] called out Messy Marv then the two combantants went back and forth on Twitter for about an hour. The beef stems from Messy Marv making fun of Mistah Fab getting robbed several times. Messy Marv then revealed that he no longer lives in the Bay Area and has been living in Miami for a couple years now. Then the 11 minute interview ended with Messy Marv calling Philthy Rich a "local b---h [ass] n---a" and pointed out the fact that he sells way more records than Philthy Rich and he explained that he recorded the upcoming free mixtape "Philthy Rich Is A B---h" at the urging of his fans and that there is no real "beef" between him and Philthy Rich.

Just two weeks after Philthy Rich and Kurt Diggler put out a video for their controversial “Swear To God” (where they went in on Kafani, Messy Marv, Lavish D and DB Tha General), DB Tha General and Lavish team up and release a video for their new diss song “Mac Blast” and they didn’t pull any punches.
DB and Lavish D both call Kurt Diggler out and brand him a “snitch” and DB also claims Kurt is not allowed in the “O.” DB warns Philthy Rich that it’s “funk on sight” then threatens to kidnap Philthy Rich (“Kidnap Phil and put his ass on a landmine!”).

Philthy Rich’s longtime nemesis Lavish D goes all out. He doesn’t just go in on Philthy Rich (“Gang Wars got this nigga head doin’ tricks. That’s why you hidin’ in Vegas. You ain’t doin’ shit”) he also goes after Guce (Nigga yellin’ Hunter’s Point but not allowed in theSco’”).

On March 16, 2014, Sacramento rapper Lavish D and his crew caught up Billy Dee Smith (a validated member of the Oak Park Bloods) and jumped inside of a Foot Action shoe store in the Arden Fair Mall. After filming on his cellphone and uploading it to his YouTube account, Lavish D was arrested. In 2015, he was sentenced to 6 years (for assault and possession of an assault weapon).

A few days before the Billy Dee Smith beatdown in the Arden Fair Mall, Philthy Rich insinuated “that members of the Oak Park Bloods were responsible for the homicides of two different Starz gang members” in a YouTube video.

And even though he’s now an inmate inside Sacramento County Jail, the 30-year-old Lavish D continues to release music including Molly World, Internet Thugs, Real Niggasa Don’t Die 1 & 2, and Mobb Brothers with frequent collaborator L-Finguz. He has also released several diss tracks aimed at Philthy Rich, Mozzy, and Joe Blow ("Where's Waldo," “Killa City,” “Ha,” “Messier Murder Scenes” [a response to Mozzy’s “Messy Murder Scenes”])
